I've started adding a list of Homebrew clubs from Britain & Ireland. Shout them up as more clubs appear in this place and I'll add them.

A quick resistance task: 1. Google Gulf of Mexico 2. “Gulf of America" is the top 3. Click on the three little dots to the right of it 4. Select "Send Feedback" 5. Click on "Gulf Of America" 6. Select "Inaccurate content" 7. Select "Incorrect" and type in "The correct name is “Gulf of Mexico"

An enjoyable evening listening to
@tabamatu.bsky.social
about his journey from home brewing to setting up
@elusivebrewing.com
at the Burton Bridge Inn. His book with Jamil Zainasheff , The Modern Homebrewer is recommended reading. It's full of up to date advice on brewing quality beers at home.

Gyle#99 & last brew of the year today. I’ve never brewed a decent US IPA except for a NEIPA, so decided last minute to do a Red IPA…well it’s definitely on the red side of brown. Mostly C hops, 6.0% and 65 ibu 🤞
