Soft secession Legislation creates a Federal Tax Escrow Account in the state treasury. Instead of employers forwarding collected federal taxes to Washington, they send them to the state. The state holds the money in escrow. A legislative panel reviews federal spending for constitutional compliance.

This is really smart. We need to sen the message loud and clear to our allies that not all…not even most of us are climate change deniers and complete imbeciles.
