Bad RPG Idea: You are a mute spell caster known as the Soothsayer. Your voice was taken by a shadow entity and now you wish to claim it back. Using forbidden magic, you learn the ability to puppeteer others to do your bidding. Make a party of un/willing adventures, quest, explore and gain riches.

To anyone who thinks they are a failure, remember that the sunfish has existed for 50 million years and haven't gone extinct despite how dumb and slow they are.

Look...I don't know who needs to hear this, but don't use someone as your measuring stick. It's good to take notes, to be inspired by someone or to even learn from them. But DON'T put yourself down because of someone else's skill.

Bad Game Idea: A shop simulator game/crafting game. You are a loot goblin, living in a dungeon. You horde treasures and trinkets while also managing a shop for adventurers. You can give them loot they want, withhold it, create armor and weapons, fight other monsters for desirable loot, and steal.

Art is an expression of oneself. Art is emotion. Without emotion, you don't have art. I don't think it takes a doctorate to understand that "Generative AI" doesn't have emotion or anything to express.

I strongly dislike how some people wanna try and defend game companies using AI like "Oh, you don't like AI? You have a Nvidia Graphics card that has Ai Upscaling." Good point. However, that is a bad faith argument. It is something to help the performance of games in the future.

Bad Game Idea: A pokemon game, but YOU play as Team Rocket. Like, from the anime. You do goofy Hijinks like stealing Magikarp, Hunting Kangaskhan, etc. However, halfway through you learn what all this is doing and you get the choice to continue your wickedness or fight against Team Rocket.
