How does our approach to AI-based capabilities differentiate from other O11y vendors? Everyone is rushing to bolt “AI” onto their product. But here’s the thing: building the chat interface isn’t the hard part. AI features become supercharged if the bones of the product are already useful.

Up next, I want to share one of the most common questions we hear: “How do I understand my application’s performance if I don’t know observability?”

Juraci Kröhling from OllyGarden asked: “Can we use the new tools to get answers to questions we didn't even ask? Things I'm not noticing myself and that I didn't set an alert for?” The short answer: yes. And that’s exactly the kind of problem Honeycomb Intelligence was designed to tackle. (1/7)

How we used Canvas to debug Canvas? I want to share one of my favourite meta-moments in using Canvas to debug Canvas. We heavily dogfood all of our features at Honeycomb, and Canvas was no exception to this.
