Made another cake! Help I'm gonna get so fat- Gonna cut into it later today but, it's a sponge cake soaked with strawberry syrup, the filling is a sweetened condensed milk cream mixed with blackberry jam and a tooon of chopped strawberries, then frosted with whipping cream! I'm so proud of it ;;

Some of the things I've made while travelling! Chicken pot pie, a peach flavored cake with lemon + white chocolate custard and blackberry jam for the filling, decorated with swiss meringue buttercream, and pizzas I made from scratch! I love cooking for friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just did my last presentation for my undergrad thesis, and goodness, it feels so great having that behind me 💙 Board review went great, lots of compliments and very few revisions needed. The project was huge, but man, it was fun working on it! I'm glad to say that I'm very proud of what I did ;w;
