The UEFA Executive Committee has delayed the appointment of the U21 European Championship 2027 hosts until 4th February, according to Serbian media. A joint bid between Serbia and Albania was the sole entry to host and was originally planned to be confirmed at the UEFA ExCo meeting yesterday.
