Stone making RHG has a beautiful meaning: Animators are warriors of creation. We forge our understanding of how to express. RHG was the culmination of us animators being warriors that use creativity to fight for what we truly are striving to be.

To be a ninja, you seek a greater strength within you. You hone your skills through your unique trials. You take your sword and you push through all struggles. You become something you can rely on. So others can rely on you too.

I believe this is the perfect time to remember you are all unique, Your ideas that come from your love of experience and what those experiences have told you. Use your experience to craft your unique self. Hone your skills, paint your canvas, defeat your demons.

Where you are right now is still improvement, where you will be is untold. Human minds can imagine but without keeping your mind open and also applying other ideas you will never know for sure. Once it's been part of your recorded routine is when you will know.

Think of improving like adding something that is meant to be there but isn't yet. Be aware of new possibilities and try to implement them but don't make them the main focus. Your main focus is to apply all possibilities and where they could potentially benefit you.

If you feel like something isn't quite clicking. Do what you are aware of and try to add little parts of the new in without trying to think about it. The more you think about perfecting something, the harder it becomes to achieve.

Remember that you are your own master. You set the stage, you set your rules, you overcome the boundries that the world puts on you. How you improve and get stronger is unique to you.

Every drawing is a swing of your sword, every post is your combo count. Hitting your goals is your Izuna Drop. Focus on perfecting the skills and live by your sword.
