If you want to feel good about your work quickly, just open your current wip and continue to work on it just few mins. Then close it when you feel content with what you just drew. Small encouraging steps are the best way to move forward and lose the fear of drawing.

My prof compared the art business to food: AI is just stale fast food and will never compete against the home-cooked dinner from your local restaurant. It's also the time, thought, personality which makes human art unique and irreplaceable.

I think the best we can do to support each other is to not gatekeep information and resources. What unreasonable fear is it to not share how and where things work? A community can only grow and evolve when everyone profits from it.
