I accidentally came across BBC Alba and was shocked at how similar Gaidhlig is to Gaeilge. I would say the two languages are almost mutually intelligible, aside from some pronounciation and naming convention quirks. Time for a deep dive on the language I guess 🤩 #ScottishGaelic
