As someone that used to work as a supervisor for a call center with a different, but still fairly large, credit card. The company does notice repeat calls, repeat complaints, and clogged phone lines. Calling repeatedly to complain and give feedback on any issue will get to them over time.

I’m about to crash out! We went out for a service today and it was about $400-500 which was a little high, but not too bad. But they completely ignored our tip amount and input a $720 tip?! A tip?! And they didn’t even say anything about it until they processed the charge 😫

Another hot tip for saving money: You can refill your Micron (or similar) pens when they dry up. There are several YouTube videos, but basically pop the end off, shake out the sponge-tube, drip whatever ink you like into the sponge slowly until it's wet through, then re-assemble. Voila! Like new!
