The worst is "hard stop". When a meeting is due to finish at say 4.00 but someone, usually senior but not actually connected to what the meeting is about, declares at the start they have a hard stop at the time its due to finish. We all want to finish at 4.00 Karen!

The irony here is back in the 80s and 90s Irn Bru adverts used to take the pish out of Coke and Pepsi ones. We are now in a position where Pepsi have a Scottish World Cup ad better than the Iru Bru one!!! This shouldn't make me angry but its not hard to make an ad that Scots will find funny...

I've just seen the Irn-Bru world Cup advert..... WTF?!?!? I mean, were they trying to make it awful? Is it spoof and a real one will come out? They are famous for great adverts. Its like a bunch of posh London people watched a couple of old ads and tried to copy it without understanding the joke.

Its actually worse than I thought. It was the SNP that was "embezzled". If Musselburgh bowling club's treasurer runs off with money its Musselburgh bowling club that is the victim.

Holyrood was designed to make it almost impossible to get an overall majority. The SNP has now won 5 successive elections since the Parliament reconvened in 1999. The SNP vote share is still at levels that English parties would kill for and all this in the face of an almost totally hostile media.
