The Poe inspired Fulci film doesn’t make a lick of sense, but it was a lot of fun. My rating is based on the pure entertainment of watching a cat kill a bunch of people in creative ways. Bonus half star for making a cop get run over by a car 3.5/5

A new weird looking cat showed up on the kitty cam.

This is pretty terrible, but it’s also very dumb (complementary) and at times, very Queer (complementary), so not a totally loss. 2/5

Immediate punishment for speaking out against the regime.

Cons: Annoying male lead and abysmal score Pros: Big hair, fantastic Spanish 70’s MOD attire on most of the actresses, some slick camera work here and there and a pretty solid whodunnit mystery 3/5

I honestly enjoyed this a bit more than the previous entry, mostly because I love a good hang out story between two buddies. What do I mean? You’ll have to watch it. Bonus half star for the Iron Maiden sequence. 4/5

While this is ultimately a horror film with possession, hauntings and Chinese Folk Magic (not sure the type), it plays out closer to a drama about loss for the majority of its runtime. Still, pretty good. 3/5

Picked up a couple of records and found a early Bronze Age Batman I didn’t have for a few bucks. Note: The black spot on the 10’ is a photo edit to hide a nipple

For a late career made for tv Lucio Fulci flick, this was pretty damn good. A nice short twisty turny spooker. 3.5/5

You can take clothes off people without consent, endlessly post threats of sexual assault and post non-stop slurs on the bird site, but heaven forbid if you say there’s nothing Psycho about protesting Ice Raids.

This is a pretty solid low budget Neo-Giallo that takes some inspiration from 2000’s American horror, but doesn’t let itself get bogged down by it. I liked it. (Watched on DVD) 3/5

This Spanish Proto Giallo plays out like a mix of Hitchcock and a Agatha Christie who done it. It might be slow for some, but I had a great time. A Woman witnesses a murder, but doesn’t see the killers face. He could be anyone. 3.5/5

Now watching Ella y el miedo (1964)

This was an incredible freaky ass slow burn. One part Gothic Drama and one part Spanish who done it Gialli. Great stuff. (I watched the extended cut) 4/5
