On one hand, I really frickin' want to go to Australia and NZ this year. I have almost all plane tickets and hotels booked already. On the other, so many things can go wrong before and during that trip that I wonder why tf I'm doing this. One cancelled flight and a lot goes to shit.

I'm tempted to buy that Tomodachi game just to make Geralt of Rivia and put him in Situations. (I finally got bored with ACNH. My Switch got abandoned.)

In 4 weeks I should be in Greece. Fingers crossed for jet fuel suppliers.

Making myself cry a little as I write some fanfiction, for the first time since 2023. This is a nice feeling. (I'm not crying because I'm writing, I'm crying because of the stuff I'm writing. It's a slightly sad stuff.)

So for Valentine's Day, as a person who's been happily single since 2021, I made myself a passable, alcohol-free Aperol Spritz. I don't know if it's only passable because the ingredients are alcohol free, or I just can't make it (my sister makes an excellent alcohol-free Aperol Spritz) :)

Now I have 4 plane tickets, 3 hotels and 1 organised trip booked and mostly paid for. Melbourne - Alice Springs - Uluru - Sydney. I'll start haunting the Down Under mid-September this year. Next part to plan will be New Zealand and it's much more complicated (I'll be moving a lot).

Maybe I should go to Uluru from Alice Springs... 5 hours (one way) bus ride, but the hotels are actually cheaper... (I still don't have the tickets. That's the thing for tomorrow.)
