Gdańsk is very pretty.

I'm on my way to the Christmas Market in Gdańsk! Which is a 70 minute train ride away. Going by train because of the chance for mulled wine. And I hate driving in Gdańsk. Too many cars and no parking. The market in my town starts tomorrow, I'll see that on Monday :)

I used to listen to "Noise" by Archive while wrapping Christmas presents. Turns out it's pretty good for cleaning the bathroom as well. (the songs are full of anger, depression and self-hatred. Why did I listen to it while wrapping presents for my family, I'm not sure. 4 years of therapy though. ;))

Today I started playing the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance, with English dubbing and Polish subtitles (there is no Polish dubbing. Which... Come on.) I'm tempted to try Czech dubbing, which can go in all possible ways, considering Czech often sounds funny to Poles. :)

Achievement unlocked! I cleaned my keyboard with removing some of the keys, and I managed to put it back together without breaking! Like, yeah. I've had this PC for at least 3 years now, this keyboard is about as old. Let's just say that I should be doing it more often ;)

Judging by the decreased amount of food in the bowl in the morning, she did figure it out. She's not stupid, just skittish.

I set Balbina's automatic feeder to "almost closed lid" in the training mode. I hope she figures it out. I've been training her on it for a month at least. The cat that used it previously figured it out in 3 days, but she wasn't jumping away at every weird noise or movement.

Just got my covid vaccine, yay! I don't know if I need it, because AFAIK I've never had covid (I might be naturally immune, which would be one of quirks I share with various groups of different 20%s of the population), but as with broken bones: I'm not looking forward to it.

I love how excited Greeks are when you try to speak their language. A simple "efharisto!" after paying for your ice-cream and you get a happy "parakalo! Have a good night!". Sometimes a "kalimera" when you step into a restaurant can get you a free watermelon or a shot of raki. I love Greece :)

The old cat is back in her rightful place in my bedroom. She's cuddlier than before (but still stressed when I grab her). I'm afraid she thought she would be replaced :( Getting (and demanding) some extra love.

The number of cats in this flat is back down to 1. The charity took the calico skinny butt back, because both cats were very stressed, and the calico needs to be a single cat. If I had money, I'd buy a Ragdoll kitten from a familiar breeder... It's my dream cat. Hairy, too :)
