Valve Product Support is amazing! I got my Index in 2021. My base station died just yesterday. Waaaay out of warranty but they've still agreed to replace it free of charge. Blown away! Replacement on the way but probably won't be here this weekend so desktop mode still for Furality. All good!

Hey Friends! One of my base stations died... I will still be able to attend Furality but I will be on Desktop Mode so I sadly can't give hugs back, but I'll gladly take all the hugs you want to give. <3 I'm not too upset, the base station lasted for several years and it's replaceable eventually.
