Talked to AT&T today… Estimated time to restore the internet is “IDK 🫠”

So while I remain pissed at AT&T for not showing up to the appointment today they should have in addition to not fixing another outage they had (36 hours past estimated completion time at this point, 0 updates), how much do yall think they owe me for over a week of no internet and no service?

Oh is there? Is it perhaps the one I reported 4 days ago that you told me to wait 2 weeks to get fixed? Or is this a new one? Fucking unbelievable..

My internet went out and I’m told I have to wait for over two weeks for someone to come out and fix it.. so now I can’t stream until someone does.. I’m furious as hell
