i'm like ass deep in Rat City 5 edits and one thing I really love about this series is how we don't bonk you over the head with VtM stuff constantly but also we do I'm glad we made something where if you don't know VtM you can have fun, but if you DO know VtM it's choregraphed what we're up to

Strip Law was literally the only tv show I cared about this year and Netflix has already pulled it What a miracle of a season we got. A send up to the sheer apathetic weirdness of my hometown with non-stop laughs across all 10 episodes. Please watch this cool show so I can talk to someone about it

One thing we've been doing here at the GMM offices that I'm pretty proud of us slowly but gradually incorporating a fresh new crop of folks trying out AP Dramaturgy for the first time. @rosatyrs.bsky.social took to it, like, immediately in Rat City and that's letting us try it out more and more

There's an interview where she basically says "I can't believe people got mad at me for making the show about the main characters." I'm not really a fandom bashe, but I do enjoy some stuff where I know damn well to steer clear of the fanbase. May Goose find peace away from these freaks.

Im editing my solo ap, & asked some friends to help w/ NPC voiceovers, bc there ended up being soo many NPCs, & *omg* the talent, the skill, overflowing. Cast Zoup, Silvia, Insha, Grant & Dusty in things STAT wow. (I have more friends who helped, I just haven’t reached their parts yet, ilyallsm <3)

Sports posting and not reposting this guy cause I don't want it to seem like I'm picking on a rando; but I get it. VGK were immediately good, we haven't suffered as a fan base, we land a lot of top prospect free agents, and the team's social media is kinda insufferable.

"I'm feeling pretty self satisfied with my work and future plans, I don't think the usual con envy is gonna hit me as hard this year." -sees the people I love being able to freely make plans and schedule hang outs and leave their houses for extended periods- "...ah fuck."

Following this interview, Brad and I have DM'd almost every day to swap ideas and pick each other's brains on potential projects so I would say this went pretty well Excited for yall to hear my ramblings about AP, community, sucking, and then I talk about Scrubs for a long time

Okay old man on porch time, but I think a large credit to the positive reception of Rat City (apart from, ya know, all the hard work that goes into making a podcast) is that we would not shut up about it GMM drums up a lot of hype by just ALWAYS yapping about our projects without REVEALING a lot

It's actually kinda crazy how much "vampire" content GMM has made over the years since I don't super much care for vampires as a mythological concept But I do love vampirISM as a metaphor for larger things and I really think Rat City especially nails that element Might take a vamp break tho
