I spoke too soon on my last post 😅 Luigi's 6/15/26 Federal hearing has been rescheduled to 6/29/26 at 11:30 am due to scheduling conflicts

State Case-a request for civilian clothing from the defense was submitted to Federal Judge Garnett for Luigi's upcoming NY State case hearing on 6/16(since he's in Federal custody the request must go to the federal judge).He also has a Federal hearing on 6/15 but no cameras are allowed in Fed court.

The virtual hearing for Luigi's NY State Case was held, Luigi was present. At the request of the defendant that proceeding is sealed for the moment. It is adjourned to June 16 That means Luigi will next have back to back in-person hearings on 6/15 (Federal) & 6/16 (State) in different courtrooms.

As of now,Luigi's virtual conference tomorrow 6/3 will be sealed at the defense's request, but that may change. "Wednesday's virtual on-the-record proceeding will be sealed,at the defense's request,until the court renders a decision on a pending matter. A decision from the court is expected soon."
