Out of all the ID tools that I had access to during my fellowship, this one was the most impactful! A game changer in TxID. It allowed us to achieve rapid/ accurate Dx of IFDs and initiate effective management. In some cases, we have proceeded directly to the OR (based on the results of this paper)
