Nearly done tracking Carl Friedberg’s career 😢 and I gotta say, moving to the US was not great gig-wise, but it 💯 upped his pop culture cred. In Europe I’d find him rubbing shoulders with crusty diplomats and minor aristos but in AMERICA it’s Clara Bow, Fred Astaire, Cole Porter & Albert Einstein.
