I start a new job this Friday. The interview I had last week I was hired on the spot for a retail job. This is actually my 4th time with this company and it is quite literally the only one that bothered to call me. I know the job market is a mess rn and I am deeply thankful I found something.

V/H/S Halloween was kinda camp? "Fun Size" is the stand out entry, it was really funny and grisly. House Haunt was pretty solid too.

I don't have much experience with the PSP version of Tactics (only played a little bit). That said this new version is soooo good. I love the improved localization, all the QoL features really help (like the Job tree and getting to see exactly where you're placing units). Over 5 hours in already!

Now that I've interviewed for a job (it went very well), it's time to get a job....with the Job System in Final Fantasy Tactics! One of my favorite games of all time. If anyone needs me, I'll be sat here most of the afternoon 😌

Silent Hill f just made me audibly gasp and feel uncomfortable which isn't easy to do to me.

Tried out the Sonic Racing Crossworlds demo. Damn that's a fun game 👀 And it has cross play. It's on my list to pick up once I have a job again.

I was a little let down by last night's finale. I was hoping that the story would have had an ending (or any resolution at all) and not left on a cliffhanger. I've loved the whole show and I enjoyed this episode but not as a finale.

Everything about Silent Hill f from the story to the music and sound is very Silent Hill but filtered through the lens of this game's new setting. Can't wait to dive more into it today!

Played a little over an hour of Silent Hill f. This is a good and atmospheric game. I can not recommend headphones enough. The sound and music are VERY good here. And to anyone who doesn't like them: there hasn't been much in the way of jump scares yet.
