Last year I made an effort to floss daily, which I do now. This year is diet and eating in moderation. I have a good breakfast plan (85-90% daily fiber!) & limit coffee to 2 cups. I need to focus on: limiting alcohol to less than 3 drinks per week; lunch portions, & no bored snacking.

I hate taking care of myself, I really do. I hate flossing my teeth, I hate showering, I hate eating in moderation with small portions, and I really hate exercising. Unfortunately all of these things are required for a healthy body and that IS SO ANNOYING.
