I was pleased to find in a local supermarket 750ml of Kalamata extra virgin for only €23, with everything I like to see. On the label they have printed "Protected Designation of Origin" and "cold extraction".

Several years ago I visited a bookstore that I used to frequent in downtown Oslo. The name over the door had changed, so I asked one of the staff, "what happened to Tanum?", and I was told that it had closed a year earlier. Now the name Tanum has reappeared over the door. Confusing.

Today's brunch was French Toast, using slices of the spelt loaf I had baked 3 days ago. Fortunately I had just enough cream available and I always have fresh eggs. 9 minutes in the air fryer. Topped with strawberries. 🍓🍓🍓
