Lovely 5km run around Inverbroom on Tuesday with Bruce Wilson from the Scottish Wildlife Trust. The Trust were gifted the estate earlier this year, so it was great to hear about plans for nature restoration and the potential for social prescribing & housing. 1/2

Big applause for Minister @mareetodd.bsky.social speaking up for marginalised communities, particularly refugees and trans people, at #SuicidePreventionScotland conference. Very sad that it feels refreshing to hear a politician say this right now.

We heard from GCVS members working in #SocialCare in Glasgow during a roundtable with @mareetodd.bsky.social. Members discussed the disconnect between national policy and local delivery, and the very real funding challenges facing many in the sector who play such a vital role in communities.
