My pets are acting really strange this morning. It’s kind of freaking me out, like they know something is going to happen.

I’m off work today, but I’ve been really down this past week so all I want to accomplish today is to not just stare at nothing and cry.

I just got inspired for a project and I really want to get started with the fun stuff but the prep work is necessary. Slow projects have increased my patience like you wouldn’t believe. Besides, now I have more time to gather what I need and form a plan.

The pharmacy I use is in a grocery store. It was packed today, but I needed my meds so I braved the crowd. On my way out, I looked over at the floral department and had to stop. Everything was so beautiful! I bought myself some roses because I love myself and deserve them.

There is a Doors tribute band playing here tonight on the same stage that the actual Doors performed on in 1967. I can’t help but wonder if the spirit of Jim Morrison will pay a visit. Sadly, though, I’m at work and can’t enjoy the show.

YouTube has been giving me a lot of ads for cowboy boots. It’s strange. At least the diaper ads have stopped.

I took a quick browse through a thrift shop before work and found a knitting book called Classic Knits by Erika Knight. I bought it because it has some beautiful designs. The biggest size on all of the sweaters is a 42 bust. I’ll have to do some swatching and math for anything I make.

I’ve had a productive day off today. I’ve also added about a dozen new crochet projects to my list of things to make this year because I’ve been sorting through all of my inherited booklets from the 40s and 50s.

There is a precious baby girl here and she’s so friendly and adorable. She reminds me so much of when my kids were learning to walk and discovering the world around them.

My mom’s house sold a couple of days after it went up for sale. I don’t think my brother told prospective buyers that they may also get two ghost cats, a grumpy old man ghost who swears a lot, and an old woman ghost who will hide their things to keep the place looking tidy.

After watching a few videos on YouTube it seems like I have to run all of my kindle books through Calibre to remove the Amazon rights and then download them. The only computer I have access to is my daughter’s old MacBook. I’m stressed just thinking about it. Can someone come help? Please?
