Update: 50% of @itfglobalunion.bsky.social staff in London and AP have submitted applications for what management are calling “voluntary redundancy”. The leadership of any organisation should be worried if half of its staff would consider leaving rather than remain in their current environment.

Today we were informed that @itfglobalunion.bsky.social management pay is "not material to the current restructuring" and that it is a "preoccupation of the union" – we beg to differ! Total compensation for management increased by 47% from 2021 to 2024, double the rate for non-management.
