Day 18: Favorite Sequel, Spinoff or Remake This one was TOUGH because I actually really like the FF7 Remake series, but Final Fantasy Tactics absolutely consumed me this past year and it’s now one of my favorites in the whole series. Genuinely so much love for this game. ❤️

Day 16: Favorite Summon/Spell MY BOI LIIIIICH 🙏 This became such a meme during my Final Fantasy Tactics playthrough and now it’s just a part of my personality. Nothing feels better than dropping 999 damage on a Lucavi with this bad boy. Anyway here’s my emote of Lich holding a leek lol

Day 15: Favorite Boss Fight The FF Tactics Wiegraf fight was such a massive spike in difficulty that it took me three days of grinding to finally beat him. My phone still autocorrects “Wiegraf” to “WIEGRAF” because I was so overly passionate about this fight. Winning was one of the BEST feelings.

Day 14: Favorite Summoner Character Yuna is THAT GIRL. I started the Final Fantasy series with FFX, so she was my first exposition to all the cool summons in the series. When I think of FF summoners, she is the first character that comes to mind every time. I am VERY eager for an FFX replay soon 🥹

Day 13: Favorite Black Mage Character The Vivi wound is still fresh and I’m tear ing up just thinking about this sweet little guy. All he wanted for the whole first half of FFIX is to play with some kids his age, and then he goes on to help save the entire world. What a champ, what a legend. 🥹❤️

Day 12: Favorite White Mage Character Of course it’s gotta be Aerith ❤️ The FF7 cast has been so incredibly fleshed out with the remakes, and I think the depth they’ve added to an already great character makes me like her even more! She’s sweet and spunky and I absolutely adore her.

Day 11: Favorite Dragoon Character I love my girl Freya! She’s got such a cool design and a strong personality. When I initially found out that she would be joining the team in FFIX I was SO excited, and my only wish is that she would have played an even bigger role continuing on through the game.

Day 10: Favorite Job/Class This is highly dependent on what game I’m playing, but if I had to pick one I think the summoner class is really cool! It feels so magical, and I love how beautiful the animations are in every game. I also tend to really like the summoner characters as individuals.

Officially completed FFIX tonight 🥲 All of the characters were so well-written, & Kuja was SUCH a cool villain. Some of the best mini-games I’ve ever played in an FF game, & a fun battle system w/ the equipment. It had some areas that I think could be improved upon, but overall I loved it.

I really forgot I was doing this lmao Day 9: Favorite Battle System The junction system in FF8 is information overload at first, but once you understand it, the thrill of drawing endlessly from enemies becomes SO addicting. Like by the end of the game you’re like GF who???? Absolutely love it.

Day 8: Favorite Cutscene I mean come on this one is pretty dang good 🥹 FFX had so many beautiful moments in it, I’m so overdue for a replay!

Day 7: Favorite Job System I really enjoy the job system in Final Fantasy Tactics and FFV! Favorite class in FFV was probably ranger, and favorite in FF Tactics was summoner and ninja. 😊 They’re both so charming, and the job systems are really what sold the games for me!

Day 6: Worst NPC Singing lady in Nibelheim in FF7 Rebirth. It was indeed cringe. That’s all lol

Day 5: Favorite Villain The theme song, the hair, the character design, the backstory - it’s gotta be Sephiroth for me 🙏 Like are you really gonna fight again him with the one-winged angel playing in the background and tell me that he’s not PEAK villain design? Absolute perfection.

Day 4: Favorite Protagonist I think I’ve gotta go with my boy Squall for this one! He shows so much growth from the start to the finish of FFVIII, and his internal dialogue with himself while other people are actively talking to him never fails to make me smile. He’s just a little edgelord 🥹

Day 3: Worst Final Fantasy I keep trying to convince myself that this game isn’t bad, but I just do not enjoy it. Like any time I’ve tried to play it, I just don’t end up resonating with the gameplay or story. I feel like there’s so much potential there, but it just doesn’t hit the mark for me 🥲

Day 2: Favorite Final Fantasy I played FFVIII last year on stream and absolutely fell in love with it. I loved the junction system despite hearing how many people disliked it, and the characters/plot pulled me in immediately. I never though it would become my favorite, but here we are. 🖤
