So, I invented a card game for mages, this morning. Trouble is, it appears that there is actually a real game of the same name and form, and what's more... there's even a sodding book on it! Deflation Level - 10 😞 I'll keep it in for now, as it still works, so... every cloud.

Been reviewing my research photos for Magster and the Auriaku Koi and a chunk of book 3. I am so lucky to have lived close to the beautiful Rutland water, and still live fairly near to it now. A lovely and peaceful place, apart from when Magster and Co, are in the thick of it!

Had a serious revisit to The Cocteau Twins music, this afternoon. It was a splendid writing companion. Melodic, dreamy, powerful, with an ethereal quality to it. Must listen to them more often.
