I am shocking interested in this game. I shouldn't be, but I think it looks rad.

I am begging games journalists to read the patents they are commenting on before they report on them. They are dense. They are hard to understand. It fucking sucks. But this is the job and protects you and your organisation's reputation.

I looked at the patent and I think outlets are mainly looking at the abstract when reporting on this. The flowcharts specifically mention a ball that is thrown to both deliver and capture sub-characters, i.e., Pokemon. It isnt nearly as broad as people are making out.
