no one asked but my trade secret is that i use hard mix in nearly every single painting. it makes colors pop and adds a sort of gradient hue effect that i like. i usually use it at 5-8% opacity tho.

it depends on the artifact and what type of soulium it's using. like a phone (callstone) just resonates with other callstones so there's little to no maintenance. artifacts that burn soulium as fuel will obviously need more of it, especially if it's gray soulium (the least potent) #askanimosus
