The last panel at #RetailInnovation25 focused on driving sustainable consumer choices. Customers must have access to reliable and understandable information. Tools such as the Digital Product Passport will contribute to drive these choices.

💻 The 3rd panel at #RetailInnovation25 explored digital fairness and consumer trust. Many consumers are not aware of their rights and we have to work towards this awareness and making consumer rules effective.
