Russia should pay for the war it started. To finance Ukraine’s war effort, we support a new solution: a Reparations Loan on the basis of Russian assets – the cash balances associated to these assets.

And we will back Ukraine with our industrial strength, with a new Qualitative Military Edge programme and a Drone Alliance.
