If you're all about that nerd shit, and feel like BlueSky maaaaaaybe has a limited lifespan, I recommend having a backup account on dice.camp, the Mastodon server. Even the minimum use case is "a backup locale for future regrouping, with no incentive to enshittify".

I have not designed something OSR-like in a long time. That said, it is true that the first people to welcome me into game design communities were OSR designers. A few of them are even folks I'd consider part of my found family. There were also OSR folks who made me feel like shit. BUT. 🧵
