If you think this is wise, then at least be honest. You agree that the risks of infection are acceptable because they're cheaper than a vaccine. This is in spite of not counting long-term, transmission, or socioeconomic benefits. You ignore impact upon kids. Shame on you.

I despair. Whether SARS2, flu, measles, or zoster, populatn vax MUST be dynamic. You can't just stop, or restrict indefinitely. People die, are born, and age. Immunity wanes. Viruses evolve, especially pandemic ones. Vulnerable populations don't disappear, they increase...
