iOS jellies, please update your game to the latest version (1.2.6). I’ve finally tracked down the root cause of the issue where some iOS players couldn't recover their progress after reinstalling the game.

Getting a head start on future updates by retrofitting the new ability system (with the symbionts). It won’t be live in the Refresh & Harmonize update, but the core architecture is ready. 🙂👍

The iOS technical update has been on a staged rollout for a few days and will reach 100% of users on the 19th. iOS jellies, please let me know if you encounter anything weird after updating. It’s a big change with the Unity game engine upgrade, and I might have missed something.

You can judge a person by the size of their moral circle. Trump, for instance, has the smallest possible moral circle, containing only him. Be the opposite: expand your circle. Include, for example, animals currently raised for food. We shut them out of our consciences. It's time to bring them in.

This coming week’s technical update also tweaks a few things, such as making the Supersense ability the entry-level ability instead of Antidote. Supersense is much more useful for early players, as it helps them find light sources. More experienced players generally already know where to look.

The iOS technical update is currently pending review for TestFlight testers. 🤓 A technical update for both iOS and Google Play should be available next week, including a fix for the Google Play leaderboard (more on that tomorrow).
