Trans people who are applying for new or renewed passports are having their documents (birth certificates, etc) held without being returned to them, even if applying under their birth gender. This is unacceptable. @vanhollen.senate.gov, what will you and your colleagues do about this?

Diversity is critical to any and all plans, operations and outcomes in any endeavor. More perspectives is always better than fewer. Representing different experiences in planning always builds a better outcome. Well, that is, if you care about good outcomes for *everyone*, not just yourself.

The people who voted for this administration have absolutely no idea how the loss of all of these career federal workers will absolutely gut our American way of life. I can absolutely swear that I NEVER in my 24-years met a career federal civil servant who operated on a partisan basis.

Today is my youngest’s 31st birthday. Remember when you’re expecting, and you say, “I don’t care about gender, I just hope it’s healthy”?
