Thank you for a delightful dinner at Unalome, Mr T 💚 My personal highlights were the cheese soufflé canapés, the incredible sourdough (although missing EVOO), and the maitake mushroom risotto which had such a rich, meaty umami flavour. 10/10 ⭐
