My uncle, Greg, died on the beaches of Tarawa, in the South Pacific. I never knew him, only the reverberations of his life on our family. Freedom is won hard and what he fought for must be what we all fight for. Liberty and justice for all.

Caturday. Rye, the tabby, Sazerac, the black cat and Absinthe, black and white. You might notice a theme in our cat names.

Almost done with book number 12 in the Micky Knight series. Also, I need to dust my computer.

Sazerac came to us a year ago. He was rescued from a house with 70 other cats.
