Acceptance of failures / unusual training biographies. There was/is too much of a focus on 1st class degrees, LLMs at red bricks, well-digging, orphanage-erecting or NGO-building. Some can't afford these detours, or have commitments making them impossible. Often very rounded people & great lawyers.
