Me trying to understand anyone in my family not having a single clever thought about IT stuff. I sometimes wish that I was as dumb as some of them.

Me: I wonder how much this group of developers / artists is going to hate me after I report this defect. Also me: Fuck it, we ballin' (Proceeds to write a 2k word defect).

Tonight feels like one of those nights where you stand under a lamp post and the camera slowly zooms out to show how alone you really are, fun.

This and next week are going to be rough at work. Q4 of the year feels like a rush to push all of the events out as soon as possible. It's a lot of fun though (usually).

Thinking about using the spare invite code that I have to create a spicier account.

I like the idea of writing up a whole commission in a google spreadsheet for the artist to let them know the rough (or exact) layout of the commission. However, I like to leave a little room for artistic freedom. It sucks when I read the artist's TOS and it just states to have a clear idea ready :(

Hot take: CS:GO/CS2 offers almost zero gameplay value. That's not counting community servers. The new coat of paint didn't really do anything to alleviate that issue and made the 'glorified gambling machine' presence stronger. The things that the 'update' broke outweights the fixes imo.
