Cerix wasn’t affected by the light corruption, at least not fully. In Cerix’s canon, Dawntrail happens before Shadowbringers and the overflow of lightning aether in Heritage Found actually messed with their aether beforehand. That being said, the overflow of Light caused them immense pain.

To answer this for Cerix, they’ve seen Auracite and what it can do and they would definitely use it for themselves if given the chance. They’d likely would try finding a way to put their own desires into one and have it siphon others’ aether instead of their own.

Something I really like about the void is how “organic” everything is. Adds more to the narrative voidsent are literally just like humans, with flaws and all. In comparison, Sineater aesthetic is very sterile which makes the clean, angel aesthetic more uncanny. Idk random work thought.
