🚨👏 The High Court granted interim relief to a confirmed victim of trafficking whom the Secretary of State for the Home Department intended to remove under the UK-France Agreement.

👉 Our team has secured permission from the High Court to proceed with a judicial review challenge to the Home Office policy “Nationality: Good Character Requirement”. The Court also directed that one of our claimants be treated as a lead claimant in the proceedings.
