A single image of #CometG3ATLAS at sunset tonight from Western Wa! It’s so incredibly small during sunset time. But I bet it’ll be massive and stunning during full dark for the southern hemisphere in a few days. I wish we got more time with it here in the northern hemisphere.

Comet G3 Atlas is still extremely bright after its close passage with the sun and supposedly able to be photographed during daylight. Will be giving it a try later tonight to see if we can capture this beauty!

Well, we are coming up quickly on the December 26th storm. If the 18z ECMWF is right, this will be the biggest impact for some areas of the Puget Sound since December 2006 Han Eve Storm. Not all models agree yet. But everyone needs to be aware of this potential!! #wawx
