Short answer: not Alzheimer’s. A rapidly progressing Frontotemporal Dementia, amplified by malignant narcissism. This is why the behavior looks different — and why it’s accelerating.

The good news? The decline is now obvious. Sycophants can’t spin it forever. More people are finally asking the right question: What is happening in his brain?

Examples you’re seeing in real time: • specific but impossible confabulations • phonemic paraphasias (“Obamna”) • meandering word salad • sudden rage, threats, and encouragement of vengeance. This. is. FTD. The disinhibition is augmenting Malignant Narcissism.

For years, clinicians and researchers, including myself, warned about Trump’s malignant narcissism (MN). Now we’re watching dementia remove the few restraints he had left. MN + FTD isn’t additive — it’s synergistic. It's a worst case scenario come to life.

Confabulation — making up events that never happened — is not an Alzheimer’s symptom. It’s a hallmark of FTD, especially the behavioral variant (bvFTD). It’s literally used to differentiate the two disorders.

Alzheimer’s causes forgetting. FTD destroys judgment, impulse control, inhibition, and reality monitoring. That’s why confabulation, word mangling, and chaotic rambling keep escalating.

People are circulating that Trump's bruised hand show he's on an Alzheimer’s infusion drug. It’s wrong — and dangerously misleading, because it's getting worse. His symptoms don’t match Alzheimer’s. They match Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), and it's augmenting Malignant Narcissism.
