First WGG playtesting event went great! Playtesting games with cats, dragons, AND babies! I had a playtesting meetup before I moved, but haven’t since but it was good to get into the habit of updating things on a more regular basis. Plus, great insights happened! Excited for the next one.

I went through all my prototyping supplies and prototypes, I organized, trashed, and gave away some things! Now I actually know what I have and I found so many game designs I made… but forgot?? I’m working on this one today!

I’m getting ready for Pax Unplugged early but making gloves! These are using blanket yarn, which is fast and also is basically a blanket on my hands, it’s great.

I make player aids that should have all the rules… and if they can’t fit on a card, I try to simplify. One card for turns, one for setup, and the game end with scoring should fit on one or the other. Sometimes it’s a half sheet for all, if I’m lazy about separating it.

Anyone have a playtest network that they use that they'd be willing to tell me about? This would be for print and playtesting, where I have the games and need feedback from others, but not while I'm in the room. If you want to just give me advice on it, comment away!
