GOOD NEWS: Despite RFK Jr saying he would cancel $500 million in mRNA research, the House Committee on Appropriations has passed a spending package, that includes $1.1 billion for “advanced research and development” at BARDA, which includes research on mRNA vaccines.

BREAKING: We filed a class action lawsuit against ICE for denying people access to lawyers and subjecting them to inhumane conditions at 26 Federal Plaza in New York. ICE is illegally holding people here for weeks, often without adequate access to medical care, food, or legal counsel.
