A federal court just blocked the Trump administration's demand for trans minors' private medical records from Children's National Hospital. We and @nclrights.bsky.social are proud to represent the families in this case, and will keep fighting to ensure medical privacy for all families.

The private medical information of California families would have been seized by the Trump administration on Wednesday, but last night, NCLR and @gladlaw.bsky.social obtained a temporary restraining order that STOPPED this from happening. This type of government overreach is unprecedented.

Late yesterday afternoon, Colorado passed a new law amending its existing law protecting youth from conversion therapy to address First Amendment concerns raised in Chiles v. Salazar. It also went even further: extending the statute of limitations for survivors to bring medical malpractice claims.
