This afternoon I was pulling staples out of our stage decks. People rent them then staple exhibition carpet to them for the gig. Then just rip it off on the load out, leaving staples in the decks. Sometimes this will pull one ‘leg’ of the staple out & they can come sharp when you handle the decks.
