I rarely draw backgrounds, but I wanted to scribble a portion of Rez's nightmare zone... (lakes of rot) I imagine it changes into different places, considering emerald nightmare/dreams... It's why he barely slept at times.

The nightmare I fit Rezokun into, is (musically) a combination of Soothing Hymn (Bloodborne) & Caelid (Elden Ring) :)

Don't believe any intense or intriguing stories he tells you. That missing piece from his right ear, was from a saurid running along the harbor (likely when he was passed out drunk) Ear has a permanent, awkward droop from damage (it's his charm)

Little thing about squid baby, is its very mesmerized & influenced by Rez, when he draws out whole maps. It'll draw out it's own maps of locations relating to the Nightmare, which leaves him in awe & concern. (he's seen glimpses of these places in his sleep, now he's got a detailed map...)
