Crazy to think that this might be Nigel and I’s last Christmas without a kid. We might see about adopting next year and the thought of that is wild and exciting.

Marvel Rivals Hot Takes -Game needs smoother movements. Character movements feel clunky, but not unplayable -Role Queue I think is needed where you must queue for two roles (Tank/Healer, DPS/Healer, etc.) and you can only pick from those character lists.

Landed in America! I watched the new Beetlejuice movie and it was awful, played Forgive Me Father on my Steam Deck and it was amazing, and snuck in 5 more episodes of One Piece. Overall a pretty successful flight!

Heading off to America once again! Excited to see my dog and be back in my own bed. Loved Ireland, but 2025 is going to be a year full of work travel for me so I gotta enjoy the relaxing moments when I can.

2024 currently has more known games industry layoffs than 2023+2022 combined. 2024 is roughly 600 layoffs away from doubling 2023. There is still plenty of business days left in the month. I can't emphasize enough how extreme these last few years have been. So far.
