Made a strawberry daiquiri cake for a work contest tomorrow. The traditional recipe is a Caribbean rum cake, but I'm adding strawberry cream-cheese frosting. Don't have a picture yet because it has to soak overnight, but I'll try to remember to take one tomorrow! Might be portioned out, though.
